Dr. Anne Norris-Ozer was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in rural Suffield, Connecticut, with five siblings before moving to Tustin, California, in 1971. As a ranked competitive synchronized swimmer, she initially aspired to become a marine biologist. However, after earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cal State Fullerton, her career path shifted when she met Dr. Margaret Pan, a female endodontist who inspired her to pursue dentistry. Dr. Pan described the profession as “arts and crafts in the mouth,” where patients become “family.”

Dr. Norris-Ozer received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California in 1984, where she met her husband, Dr. Steven Ozer. The couple married in June 1984 and combined their practices in 1986. This approach allowed them to raise three sons and actively participate in their activities, including Spring Sing, band and orchestra concerts, parades, honor award breakfasts, and various sports events. Their shared practice strategy also ensured greater patient availability, offering the same attention and comprehensive care they provide to their family members.

Dr. Anne Norris-Ozer is a member of the Los Angeles Dental Society, the California Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. She is highly proficient in all aspects of oral care, from surgical techniques to restorative and cosmetic treatments. Her warm demeanor, expert diagnostics, and genuine compassion make her an asset, whether working with seniors or the young.

Now a proud grandmother, Dr. Norris-Ozer cherishes spending time with her grandson. When not working, she stays active near the beach and ocean, enjoys swimming, and pursues her passion for glasswork. She loves the vibrant energy of the ocean and makes the most of her time outdoors, embracing an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
